If you buy any Juvaera™ products and don't love it, you have 60 days to ask for your money back. No questions asked.
That means you have plenty of time to try it and see if it works for you!
How to Get a Refund (4 Easy Steps)
Step 1: Email Us

Why you want to return it (you don't have to give a reason, but we'd love to know)
Step 2: We'll Send You a Label
We'll email you a shipping label. You can print it and tape it to your box.
We pay for the return shipping! 🎉
Step 3: Ship It Back
Pack up your bottles (opened or unopened - we don't care!) and drop them at any mail location.
Step 4: Get Your Money Back
Once we get your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
The money goes back to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

The 60-Day Timer
The 60 days starts from when you get your package - not when you order it.
Example: You order on January 1st. Package arrives January 5th. You have until March 6th to ask for a refund.
When Will I Get My Money?
After we receive your return: 5-7 business days
(That's 1 week, give or take)
Do I Need a Reason?
Nope! You can ask for a refund for any reason:

Special Situations
What if the bottle arrived broken or damaged?
Tell us right away! Send a picture to support@juvaera.com
We'll send you a new one for free or give you a full refund. You don't even have to return the broken bottle.
What if I want to return multiple bottles?
No problem! The same policy applies to all of them.
International Orders
If you ordered from outside the USA, shipping costs might be more. You would pay to ship it back to us.
But don't worry! We'll still give you a full refund for the product itself. Just subtract the shipping cost from your refund.
